Royal Icing Recipe

Ingredients :
- 250 g of icing sugar
- 1 egg white (to be consumed quickly) or
- A few drops of lemon juice
Preparation :
Sift the icing sugar into a bowl,
Separately, lightly beat the egg white to liquefy it, or prepare
Dilute with icing sugar.
Whisk to obtain a whitish cream,
Add a few drops of lemon juice.
Divide into several bowls and color by adding a little food coloring.
To thicken the icing, add a little icing sugar; for a thinner icing, add a few drops of lemon juice or water.
When the biscuits are cold, proceed to decorate using a piping bag, and let them air dry.
