Pomme Caramel is a small artisanal company located in the Hauts de France region , created by Coralie, a graduate in graphic design and French pastry.

We make original cookie cutters , themed decorations and handmade gifts ... to celebrate all the little joys of life!

We also offer a selection of Home Sweet Home decorations according to the seasons.

Pomme Caramel is a small , 100% local and responsible artisanal business.

Each model is designed by us from graphic design to printing, in our small workshop in France ;

3D printed, in high-quality PLA , bio-based plastic (corn starch) and biodegradable, food-grade and environmentally friendly material.

At Pomme Caramel, we advise you to sprinkle our cookie cutters with flour or icing sugar to make them easier to use on biscuit dough, sugar paste, or marzipan;

We also recommend, to optimize their use over time, that you wash them only by hand, not in the dishwasher, nor expose them to high heat (oven, microwave) under penalty of deformation.

At Pomme Caramel, we advise you to check whether your mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe to take care of;

Please note that some handcrafted quality mugs are hand-wash only and not microwave safe. Check our product descriptions in the shop, look under the mugs or on the packaging if provided.

Pomme Caramel ships its products to mainland France and the European Union .

The shipping methods offered are: Tracked Letter (La Poste) for small, lightweight items, and Colissimo (La Poste) for standard or larger shipments.

Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 5 to 7 working days after payment confirmation.

As soon as the order is shipped, an email containing the tracking number is sent. Tracking information can also be accessed via the customer account.

Delivery time for mainland France is 48 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), and 3 to 15 days for the European Union.
