The ingredients should be at room temperature.
- Knead 500g of the mixture, 150g of butter (cream) and 1 egg (50g) to obtain a firm dough,
- Allow to harden in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for a fan oven),
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface (3 mm thick), cut out the biscuits and bake them in the center of the oven for about 12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool and decorate as you wish.
Suitable for approximately 25 biscuits of 7 to 10 cm, depending on thickness and shape.
