The ingredients should be at room temperature.
- Knead 500g of the mixture with 1 egg (50g), 60g of butter (cream) and 60ml of water to obtain a firm dough,
- Allow to harden in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for a convection oven),
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface (3 mm thick), cut out the biscuits and bake them in the middle of the oven for about 12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the biscuits cool and decorate as you wish.
